We typically book consultations within 5-7 business days. For urgent plant rescue situations, we do our best to accommodate faster appointments.

Do you service areas outside Brisbane?

Yes. We provide on-site services throughout Southeast Queensland and offer virtual consultations for clients anywhere in Australia. Travel fees may apply for locations beyond the Brisbane metropolitan area.

What should I prepare before a consultation?

Think about your goals for the space, note any previous plant experiences (successful or otherwise), and consider your daily routine including time available for plant care. Photos of your space taken at different times of day can also be helpful.

Can you help with existing plants that are struggling?

Absolutely. Our Plant Rescue Service is designed specifically for this purpose. We diagnose the issue, recommend treatment, and provide guidance to restore your plant to health.
