Green Tea

70-80°C water, steep for 1-2 minutes. Multiple infusions recommended.

Oolong Tea

85-95°C water, steep for 2-3 minutes. Excellent for gongfu-style brewing.

Black Tea

95-100°C water, steep for 3-5 minutes. Robust enough for a single long infusion.

White Tea

75-85°C water, steep for 3-5 minutes. Rewards patience with delicate complexity.
